ARE CULTURES ADDED TO THEMOOORE® PRODUCTS?

The Mooore white cheese have added cultures. Cultures are active lactic bacteria, traditionally used in themooore® dairy products to enhance their flavor, and give them their great texture.

CAN I FREEZE THEMOOORE® PRODUCTS?

Not recommended for any themooore® product and especially for cheese. It can alter the appearance, the texture and taste of the product after it’s thawed.The product is delivered to a cold chamber at 2-6 ° C and stored until delivery.
